The logo kit comes with your semi-customized logo according to the layout you chose in black and white with transparent background. You can mix and match colors, layouts and types of stationery to your liking to create your own kit.

“I do need a logo for my business but I’m not sure about the other stuff.”
– We totally believe in holistic branding. A logo is a crucial part of your visual identity, but just having that is not going to do you good if you’re serious with your business. You’d have to guess so many things along the way that we wouldn’t feel like we did our job right. That’s why we only offer the whole package.
“What extras should I get?”
– We’d probably advise you to opt for a website package with online shop add-on. That way, you have your daily jobs like adding products, organizing your inventory and communicating with your customers all in one place.
In terms of your two free extras, you could think about individual wrapping paper and custom made adhesive tape to up your customer experience game. Or choose one of our social media kits to start boosting your sales in your online community.
“Should I still get a website?”
– If you have the budget, it’s always best to get on the internet as soon as possible. That way, you can make an impact on google’s search results right from the start — sometimes it takes a bit of time to climb all the way up there. Plus, you can provide your customers with valuable pre-visit infos or let them book a table more easily.
Having said that, investing in a beautiful logo package might be just enough for you for the time being.
You can also think about getting a micro site wich has all the advantages of a full website but comes at a considerably lower cost and doesn’t have to be updated frequently.
“Can you improve the logo and my website without me booking a whole design package?”
– To be honest, that might get really complicated for both of us. We’d tell you to let go of the old stuff and start fresh. As we send you a very comprehensive workbook at the beginning of each design project, you will be able to remark the things that you do love about your old design and we will built on that info for the new concept.
In order get an awesome result for your new branding and have something you’ll be really proud of for a long, long time, we have to go through the whole branding process. In short, yes, give your business a treat and book a whole design package.
“But I’d still like a cool look for my business.”
– We totally get it, booking the whole package means spending a lot of money — especially when you are just starting out or flying solo.
It still is an important investment in your brand, helps to elevate your products and services, builds trust with your customers and boosts your confidence as an entrepreneur. We offer payment plans to help you carry the financial burden, take a look at our pricing here.

Developing a branding should be fun and exciting!
But it's also important to develop a strategy for how you can visually explain and enhance your brand and better achieve your business goals:
So that's our process:
Step 01: Learn more
In the first step, we want to learn more about you and your business. We do this with a comprehensive workbook followed by a live call. We really want to get to know you (and your team) better to know what is important to you, what your expectations are and how we can make your life and the lives of your clients better. After all, we design for real people!
Step 02: Creative process
We create a visual concept for your brand, present options and refine them together until you are 100% satisfied. We present our ideas in a password-protected private client area on our server, along with video and/or audio descriptions and lots of visuals and mock-ups. At the end of the second step you will have your own logo kit.
Step 03: Elaboration
In the third step we take care of your extras and your website. We design digital and/or printed products, refine them according to your feedback and send them on their way to you when everything is perfect.
Feedback and refinements
As mentioned above, there are many rounds of feedback and refinement where we work together as a team to achieve the best possible result. We coordinate all ideas closely with you and involve you in our design process along the way.
Deliverables
For some deliverables, we need content or important information from you to get the job done. We always tell you ahead of time what material is needed when. Please the deadlines in mind and inform us in advance if you need assistance.
Client area
You get your own private client area on our server, to which only you have access. It is located on the wwweb, so it is open 24/7 and always up to date. This way you can organize the work the way you want and we will shoot you a message as soon as we have something new for you to look at in your area! Of course you can share your login with your team or other people.
For our design packages, we have mandatory payment plans in place that divide the investment into 4 (for the logo package) or 6 (for the website package) equal rates. That way, you don’t have to pay the whole thing at once and we can start working on your project as soon as possible.
Normally, our logo projects take about 6 to 8 weeks. If you book a website project, we might need just about 2 to 3 months until everything’s ready to launch.
Digital Files
You can download your digital files, for instance logo images, icon sets, font packs and digital stationery from your private client area on our server.
Print Products
All printed products and merchandises are created, packed and shipped to whatever address you give us. We ship worldwide and plastic-free.
